Few human activities shape the Earth as powerfully as our modern food systems. Animal-based foods—particularly beef products—carry a weighty responsibility as leading contributors of greenhouse gas emissions.
Meanwhile, even by occasionally exploring plant-based foods, we reduce the detrimental impacts of our highly industrialized food systems.
The way we fuel our bodies is a powerful reflection of our values. With every meal, we have the chance to choose balance, compassion, and care for both ourselves and the planet.
Each review includes a rating out of 5 stars, similar to Google Contributions, as well as brief backgrounds, narratives, and food descriptions. By celebrating current triumphs, and shining light on opportunities for improvement, my hope with these reviews is to stoke an appreciation for mindful food choices.
